WHAT IS THE MOMMY MAKEOVER PROCEDURE LIKE?

The mommy makeover procedure will vary significantly depending on the types of procedures involved. In all cases, Dr. Eko takes special care to make incisions that are as small and discreet as possible. Generally, the mommy makeover procedure is performed under general anesthesia on an outpatient basis. The full mommy makeover procedure may take several hours to perform, depending on the treatments chosen.

WHAT IS THE RECOVERY LIKE AFTER A MOMMY MAKEOVER?

Since the mommy makeover often involves multiple extensive surgical procedures, the recovery can take as long as four to six weeks. During this time, patients will need to take time off of work and other activities to ensure a smooth recovery. You may experience bruising, swelling, and discomfort for a few months, although these symptoms will be at their worst in the first week or two following surgery.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM A MOMMY MAKEOVER?

After a mommy makeover, the results will become visible as swelling, bruising, and other side effects fade. Most of these results should be visible immediately or within the first few days. However, it can take a few months for the full results of treatment to appear.
